Hi, I am new to the forum. I just have a purchase question. How many of you would purchase this horse? Going third level, 14 years old. Moves sound and clean flexions, but x-rays show ocd in hocks. Vet states has probably been there since he was a foal. Also, he is very really reasonably priced.
