I would choose an Indian name for him or Marquis, since the white hairs on his face are the shape of a marquis cut diamond.

Re: desperately in need of paddock boots

I tried a pair of Ariat winter paddocks and hated them. My feet were always cold! A part of the problem may have been that they were my normal size. I now believe you should go up a half size and get very warm Smartwool or Alpaca socks to really keep your feet warm, but not sweaty. I ride in tall bo...

Moutaineer - She is 7 and had a foal last May. As far as I know it was her only foal - but, I can't be 100% sure of that. Another thing that happens when she's in season is that her udders and teets get a bit larger. Her udders have never totally shrunken up. I did have the vet check her for a low g...

My mare is on a low carb feed - gets about 2 - 3 cups a day. This feed is primarily Soy Bean Hulls. Blue Seal Carb-Guard. Your dogs do look exhausted! and your filly is certainly filling out nicely!

As for your cleaning job - Get a power washer - a small electric one even does a great job and also some Greased Lightening or Krud Cutter. Your job will be a lot easier.

I think she'd lovely in a black padded bridle with white on the nose and brow band. How about something with alternating brownish stones?

I suggest this because I bought a pretty turquoise and clear stone bling brow band for my dark bay mare and it's too much. We never use it.
