Re: Goals and progress... August and September!
I have actually been riding this past week, sometimes even 2 days in a row! Since I wrote my goals down, I am even working on trying to achieve them which is a good thing. Worked on flying changes with Rudy the other day because I could feel the fc's in his collected canter and figured it was ...

Yup, bipolar IS NOT "mood swings". The psychotic episodes on the "manic' side of the dz are daunting to say the least, the depressive episodes at the other end of the spectrum are much quicker to recognize and deal with in my experience. Either way, there were times that remembering i...

So, my ds video'd me riding Tio yesterday using my cell phone. Unfortunately, he started with the phone in the vertical position, thought better of it and switched to horizontal about 30sec into the vid. So now I either have to watch sideways or screen lock my tablet so that I can view the video. An...

Have to agree about the bipolar thing, that is a term thrown about much to casually me thinks. My sister was diagnosed bipolar over 30yrs ago, and while she has done well over all, true bipolar dz is not for the faint of heart.

Re: Four Wheeler Instead of Tractor...anyone do it?
We have a tractor ('61 massey-ferguson 30hp with pto, 4wd) and no 4-wheelers. We have a bush hog, a harrow, a rennovator and a box blade for it--the only thing that would make it better is a bucket, but it really isn't powerful enough. We also have a sprayer with a pump that runs off the pto, pretty...

First of all, I would like to commend Dresseur and khall for keeping their discussion civil. I feel so happy for the sport of dressage. Funny Demi (and mc re quoting) should post that quote about stillness + swinging. When I focused on really swinging tho...
