Yes, the tail bag definitely helps. Kyra's tail is gross and peed on if I don't braid and bag it in the winter...especially if she is wearing a blanket with a tail flap :P . Very cool ideas. I like the resin bracelet. My horse is white and while still very much alive, preserving her white hair in some form without it getting soiled will be tough. The resin bracelet solves that.

I just noticed some at the cafeteria at work. Kind of pricey for my blood ($1.70 for 20 oz) but it looks good and with no chemicals (artificial sweeteners) or sugar. Demi, I used to ride with an instructor that always called such antics that the horse was "calling the union" because certainly, working that hard wasn't in the contract :lol: . They do seem to get it sorted out. Good to have the trainer ride her some as we (generic we ammy rider/trainers)...

Wow...allow 4-6 weeks AFTER the air clears to let them clear the gunk out of their lungs. Luckily, Kyra is so totally out of shape that walking is the first step in legging her back up.

Yep, my girl is shedding heavily. She leaves a white blot on the ground everywhere she lays down. I hope she doesn't get too carried away with the winter hair just yet. It is supposed to remain in the 90's for awhile yet.
