I don't think the Constitution should be cluttered with amendments like these. And what if there was one and the budget still was not balanced? What repercussions would there be?

I think a lot of people just did not vote at all because they couldn't stand either candidate. That is very unfortunate. People should vote. Period.

I think you need to spend bonding time with her. Become a herd of two. Without always riding her when you go to the barn, why don't you take her for a walk away from the barn. Use gloves and a helmet, and a lead with a chain. Bring treats. Walk her to a distance where she is still happy and comforta...

Yes I agree with exvet. I don't want to make you think that I disagree with your retiring him. Just curious why you would go straight to that solution without doing something pretty simple. And if you did a test for EPM and it was inconclusive, you could just stop right there.

If he always spooks in the same area, you can take the time out of the saddle to lead him around the arena and over to the scary part. Maybe it will help desensitize him to it. Wear your helmet while you are doing it.

He looks like he might be a good all-arounder if he learns how to accept contact. I also agree he is downhill. He looks Morgan-ish/QH-ish.
I also noticed the mounting reaction he had (raising the head). I think he is worth a look but I don't think he is worth 5500.

I think all horses are different and will take different amounts of time to bond with you, but it also depends on how much time you spend with them and how you treat them.
