RTR, I would crop the photo because, IMO, it needs to be tighter anyway to emphasis the little girl and the texture of the mane. The threshold seems to be fairly low. I believe I had to make the last photo I attached <200kb, like 175ish maybe?

You can use something like picmonkey for free to resize. It will even allow simple corrections for free.

I have been getting the bug too and I've noticed that many of the ponies for an adult that I've see that I liked were either Haffies or part Haffie. Grats on the sweet girl!

I've been told that moose are extremely unpredictable. My friend in Edmonton said that a moose can be walking around a parking lot just doing what moose do, then it will suddenly start attacking cars. Basically, you know when the switch is going to flip and they are going to come after you.

I think you can do it with Windows Photo Viewer. Once you have the photo open, just click the drop down menu and choose "make a copy", then you can save it and rename the file. If you want to just move all of them at one time, you can select them all from the USB stick, then hit copy, and ...
