Training without arena Mirrors-suggestions?
The barn I now board at has an awesome covered arena and outdoor arena, but no arena mirrors at all. Does anyone have suggestions on how to overcome this? Is there such thing as temporary mirrors I could check out? Should I try videoing myself? I have no perception of what my body's doing and I real...

My initial goals; 'rehab rides' rehabbing my guy from a stifle injury, started at walk & trot 5 rides per week - 8 minutes trot, 50 min of walk. Spin class 4 x week for me. This week at 4 minute trot intervals, whole arena. Four - 4 min intervals and it's hard for both of us! I'm using this walk...

I took a road trip from Seattle to Kalispell and spent one day at the event at Rebecca Farm before visiting my brother. Interesting and enlightening topic. I have a 24 yo son, and a new barn mate, 25 yo woman who's 'adopted' me. With both, I'm trying to balance being 'present', interested, encouraging and supportive, with not enabling either of them-letting them do 'it' themselves.
Not easy, but fun!
