You thoughts on 8/9 year olds at GP

This is something new that has been gaining ground since, unfortunately, Valegro won the Olympics at 9. (I thought he was way over scored there.) Now we regularly see 8 and 9 year olds at the "top" of the world, and a lot of them seem to be Charlotte Dujardin's, though there are many other...

Oh wow. Yeah. I heard that was the most expensive place in the country. There are MORE expensive places (like across the bay in Woodside, like Akiko Yamaguchi's place) but this is the more expensive local. I don't understand why pasture board there is so expensive. It's usually have of stall board b...

One more show end of July so I can do AA champs. with Quinn at PSG and I-1, and then just get in another GP and freestyle with Quilla. For me, ...

Re: April showers bring May flowers and June bugs. Our goals and progress thread

Aleuronix Thanks for the video comparison from the day before. Yes, it looked better, but it's still a VERY lateral canter which really should get a 5 because it's almost two beat, so averaging gaits maybe a 6.5, but not a 7. I don't know what they score like there, but around here to get a 7 on gai...

Aleuronx Nice ride. Feedback from me on the gaits as a judge (I have another show to judge next weekend)--it's the canter. It's very lateral. Both heels are WAY too high, though the left is worse. The x-ray looks fine. But now it would probably show a completely broken angle.
