Re: Why I haven't been riding...
Water is a huge issue for me too. I have to haul it to my guys, twice a day, and they know to come drink when I show up. I have never had any issue with dehydration or colic, luckily. My guys are on free choice, tough grass hay, and they seem to thrive. Plus grain and mineral. I think they are over ...

This is all in Celsius, so converted to Fahrenheit, the temps ranged from -15°F to -53°F.
And while today is a balmy -27°F, we also have winds that are 25mph gusting to 44mph.
Winter has been a slice, I tell ya. Someday, I will be warm. Someday....

March & April Goals and Progress
Good Bye February and Good Riddance to its weather! Here, in Saskatchewan, it was the coldest February in 83 years. (I heard that on the radio this morning.) Still supposed to be -40 tonight, but somehow it seems more bearable March 1st than when it was -40 on February 1st.... What have all got plan...

Weekly check in - I have been to the gym every day this week, starting to get the feel for the diet choices - what makes me all puffy, what hurts my tummy, what is soothing to my stomach, etc. When I ate garbage food, I would eat it and feel gross, and then not eat anything good for me. So, it would...

If you are in a farming community, try the places where people buy bulk fertilizer and pesticide and weed control spray for their crops. Those places usually have a huge plastic recycling program where the plastic tubs the spray comes in can be safely washed out and recycled.

Can a podiatrist shave off or buff the calluses?
