Re: What will it take for gun lovers to say ENOUGH
Tabby, I haven't frequented the UDBB for awhile nor the political forum much before that so I really DON'T know. My sincere apologies Chancellor. I am just frustrated at the number of times the data has been put forth and then denied. In addition to the Australian example given (thanks, btw), there...

Re: What will it take for gun lovers to say ENOUGH
I do have one question for you and it is a genuine question without malice. If shooting a person is already illegal, why do you think stronger gun laws would prevent people from shooting others? Because it has worked in every single country that has stronger gun laws. How do you know? Care to give ...

Re: For Tabby (and others) Canadian Elections
Tony and Steve are actually good buddies. The problem with our conservatives is they aren't really conservatives at all - they're the former Reform party which is very similar to the American tea party. The original conservatives collapsed years ago when they dropped to 2 seats after Brian Mulroney....

Re: For Tabby (and others) Canadian Elections
There is definitely something"hinky" going on. I got married this year and decided to hyphenate my name so I could get a passport in dh's name to make travel easier. I knew I would have to change my voter registration. So I called them in advance to get the paperwork sent to me. I ended up...
