So so sorry, Mountaineer. I hope it was very quick for kitty’s sake. Damn those people who don’t manage their dogs. We have a pit mix who is the sweetest loving dog and gets along well with our three cats. Still, i would never ever trust her around a cat she doesn’t know. Again, my sympathies for yo...

Ive been watching or listening a couple hours a day since it started. It’s fascinating from several aspects. I read very little of the commentary on TOB before the trail started, but after it started, I have been reading a couple or select posters who’ve been explaining criminal trial law. I have ne...

Im keeping up with y’all’s progress reports. Im encouraged by everyone’s perseverance. Thanks for all the encouraging advice! I was a little frazzled worrying about it but after reading all your posts I felt better and called my regular vet. I got 5 days of good work in a row, and then seriously high winds and the horse dentist disrupted things. Blob, just a thought, but when you get your new trailer, you might want to haul RP in it first so that it has a familiar horsey smell before MM gets hauled. Even my older good trailering horses have been skeptical when Ive gotten new trailers. Since MM has issues, maybe even put down “dirty” shaving...

About checking the hitch, I have a routine that I say out loud the first time I hook up. Then I recheck right before I move the trailer to load up, and again right before I drive off. Unhitching isn’t quite as important as hitching, but you have to still be careful and remember stuff like unhooking ...
