My one goal... ride my horse regularly and do all the things. By the end of this period we should be riding outside. Can't wait!

My rebounder showed up today.
It's got the potential to be quite a workout! I am going to have to be VERY protective of my lower back and build up slowly, I can tell, but I think it could be quite good for aerobic and core fitness.
