You're a class act, Chantal, and far stronger than I am. I would have stayed in temper tantrum mode. Letting it go is helping you far more than having a temper tantrum would hurt them.
(But it is really thoughtless and inconsiderate of them.)

Pictures of Foxie are NEVER a distraction to any thread. It could be a discussion on cookware, and then there is a picture of Foxie, and it would be OK. She was that awesome.

Re: Are any of the candidates, either party, electable?
Bernie is not electable apparently but the only one I would vote for at this point. Can we re-elect Bill Clinton? Please? Especially since he seems to take his health quite seriously after his - was it a quadruple? - bypass surgery. And messing around/getting caught is very bad for your health! (I ...

Are any of the candidates, either party, electable?
DH says "no". And I'm not sticking around to discuss! I'm sure I'll sneak back in to read.
(And obviously, someone will get elected - but it's not UDBB at it's worst, so I'm assuming that you assume that I assume that to be true.)

Although I really wanted to post just the photo, not the verbiage, so as to start a non-judgemental thread. So please consider the verbiage whited out. No pun intended.

Right now, my energy level is really low. DH, the chef, is exhausted. Dinner might be raisin bran. Or he might rally and make beef stew. Or I might heat up some awesome split pea soup he made.

Re: Welcome and updates
I told my western trainer (who has trained MANY trick horses) that we need to teach him to lie down for me to get on in case I ever get to the point I can't get on from the mounting block. YES, I joke about my MS. Sorry if it makes some people uncomfortable, BUT it is a reality I much prefer to fac...

Re: Home? and what was your first post?
My baby horse was 13 months old when I first posted. If he were still around, he would be 14 now. What a great age that would have been! Unless, of course, he had ended up killing me when he was young. I had become so much less attached to UDBB the last few years, but I have been feeling a strong se...
