Re: Anyone Done Much Research on (human) Multivitamins?

I've used the bone growth formula and the sub lingual Vit B from TriVita.com. A friend who is a pharmacist suggested them since she was familiar with the developer. I have osteopinna and am borderline for worse. After a year on the bone growth formula I had less than 0.1% change on my bone scan so I...

My only really thick one is the big toe nail that grew in damaged. It is so thick that normal nail scissors won't cut it. However my 87 year old mother's toe nails are all pretty thick and curved so they are difficult to cut. I think I'm going to try the pedicure route. My brother has been cutting M...

Senior Feet and Toe Nails

Demi's recent experience with being stepped on resounded with me. Several years ago my almost 1400 lb Hanoverian stepped on my big toe and I fell backwards and ripped the entire nail off. (VERY painful). I couldn't wear closed toe shoes for several weeks. I assumed the nail was permanently gone, but...

Flies have been worse than usual here too. I really like those yellow sticky traps. I hang them with hay twine above the stalls and in barn aisles. It would be easier if it was a physical/medical issue then it would be more cut and dried. You treat it and it either gets better or it doesn't and you deal with it. Josette, I have 2 with Cushings and it is fairly easily managed with the Prasend. Most horses tolerate it fairly well and don't mind taking it. A few go off their feed. Interesting about your horse's cyst. What do they think the IRAP is actually doing for it?
