Re: Why am I not losing weight?
In my case when my weight is going up, it's almost always a portion control issue. I'm shocked at how little I have to eat to keep my weight down--at my height, my age (60), and with my metabolism. I watch what others eat, and I don't know why they aren't huge. I'm a type 2 diabetic, and manage my s...

That article is fascinating! I have a really hard time getting Ace to eat a consistent diet. Sometimes he'll eat grain, sometimes not, etc. Maybe I should make up a menu made of symbols of his various feeds and hays, and he can select from the menu every night! For topping pasta ... Do you like pesto? We make a lot of pesto sauces. Mostly with basil, but also with parsley and other tasty greens. This is an alternative to tomato sauces. For example, we often roast a bunch of vegetables (onion, garlic, eggplant, carrot, broccoli, brussels sprout, etc.) and m...

I can answer to the post-menopausal migraines. Yes. And, yes, the is a whole range of symptoms.
I have gotten Botox injections for the last year. I've had a grand total of 2 migraines in the past year as a result. Down from pretty much weekly. Check to see if that might be right for you.
