New PRE baby!

She arrived midday while I was at Equitana last Saturday!
The foaling alarm didn't go off and looking at my maiden mare that morning didn't suggest we would have a little one arriving until early this week!

Still looking at names, hit me with your Spanish name ideas for U and W and paddock names. My prefix is Baroque, tending towards Baroque Utopia at this stage...

Oh, she is a lovely surprise!
I don't remember if you are located North or South Island...I love names with a tie-in to the local geology and area. It's not Spanish, and she's the wrong color, but I suggest Wairakite anyway.

She's adorable!
Your mare looks very similar to my PRE.
I think it's easier to pick an English word then translate to Spanish and see if it suites the foal.

I think I've found it...
Baroque Unicorna which of course is a female unicorn.
And I'm teetering on calling her Fable as a paddock name because its a bit different!
She is quite cheeky <3
Yes Anne she is by Paseo II, so delighted with how she has turned out.

Meet Fable!
Registered name will be Baroque Unicorna.
Her name just seems to suit her and she is a very cheeky young lady already.

Mum Rosa has since had a haircut - I hogged off all her mane again because Fable kept chewing on it and I didn't want her to get colic from eating hair, all that mane had grown back since I hogged it in March 2016 for the studbook inspections!
