I sure hope there are some serious laws in place so IF this person(s) are ever caught --- they get REAL punishment.

Not directly Seattle area but anyone who uses a dog park ( marymoor, all of the Seattle ones etc) should be aware and alert.

Our state has terrible record from punishment of animal crime. DS is a perfect example of that

rat poisoning can be tricky because if the dog starts bleeding into the spinal area it can mimic a disc lesion

I hope all the local vets are stocked up on their Vitamin K injectable, It can be darn tricky to get in an emergency
