When NOT to take a selfie, aka, the SELFISH SELFIE

Perhaps there is more to the story that we haven't heard about how it is that these people managed to catch two baby dolphins. I have't yet read a story that mentions anything about the mother dolphins and they should have been in close proximity if they were alive and shepherding their babies. In some of the photos I've seen, one of the baby dolphins had huge splotches of white on its body so perhaps it was already near death from an illness or something. Still, for these people to capture these baby dolphins and not know they were seizing infant dolphins boggles my mind. How could they be holding them and not feel the baby dolphins laboring to breathe on land in their hands as they were being passed around??? Eeeeks, people can be so dumb and cruel.

I saw this earlier and still have not managed to be able to read it. It just makes me so freaking livid, I can't stand it. :x

Our society has become detached from nature and therefore has no appreciation of it. It's all about your duck face and your image and your brand.

I can't even look. DH showed me something on FB a few weeks ago that stunned and horrified me. Couldn't eat for two days. All I'll say is that it was a beautiful, precious pit bull that had been neglected agregiously. I'm getting mad just thinking about it.

I'm just glad we have so many people on this board that love and appreciate animals. Looking at all of our horse pics makes me feel better. We have a lucky bunch of animals.

Spot on Suzon. It is a real shame. I was disgusted to see this story on the news.
