I'm actually not quite sure how this happened as I figured, being on the west coast, all the people in time zones ahead of me would have seen the post way earlier. So I had pretty much just forgot looking for any horse of the month posts. Somehow it just happened to be in my face.

I think Lewyn has earned the right to be a horse of the month one day. He has so looked after me throgh the last year.

But, the threads can be posted at any time of day so west coast has just as much chance as east coast.

When I saw the thread it had no replies, but I figured someone who has a living horse should have a chance.

Nope, living or dead horses can have the chance. After all, Freeway had passed away!

One month I will use Chancellor's picture up there too. But I am having too much fun seeing everyone ELSE's pictures...I DO want to use that picture Mountaineer posted one of these days too if she is willing. The one with the mountains in the background is just too pretty!
