As the year draws to and end

As the year draws to an end I think back on the last 2 years and thank god I have come through it. I feel the best I have for 2 years and look forward to many many christmas' with the kids and Alan and of course the fur kids.
Some people might wonder why I have shared the last 2 years. Two reasons. First was for the support I have recieved and being able to keep friends and family updated.
Second reason has been to help others get through this. I started totally ignorant of what to expect and how to cope with all that goes on.
For those who have had a hard year look after yourself and try and keep your chin up. Laughing is good medicine and trying to smile through it all makes it easier mentally.
Next year will be my year. Rebuiling myself physically in January then getting fit again and back on the horses and starting off with Troy and that new but exciting venture.
