Anniversary flowers = parrot jungle gym

Our wedding anniversary was on Tuesday. My husband always buys flowers, and Tico ALWAYS wants to dive straight in :lol:

How adorable! In the second picture he looks like he has a flower tucked behind his ear.

My head just exploded from these pictures. How wonderful! Talk to me of parrots. What breed is Tico? Does he get to fly around the house? Does he talk?
