Does anybody here crochet?
I taught myself awhile back but haven't done anything in a couple of years. I really want to learn make some of those ear net/bonnets because the bugs are so awful here in northern maine. I ordered one from smartpak to see if I could figure out a pattern, has anybody done this?

I crochet, but I haven't tried the ear bonnets. I mostly just do afghans and scarves.

Any good pointers on books/videos to teach a lefty to crochet? Everything I've found seems to be oriented toward the "righties"

I have heard that crocheting looking in a mirror can be useful to help lefties learn.

Does this pattern show how to make different sizes? I am having trouble finding a fly veil for a draft cross .
