Insulated bucket holders?
Has anyone used one with success? We live in central Illinois and it's quite cold here in winter.

Re: Insulated bucket holders?
A barnmate used the insulated one from Smartpak and had success in moderate cold. I don't think any cover would keep a bucket from freezing if the temps stayed below freezing for a stretch. Any chance you can use heated buckets?

I have two for the horse that insists on chewing on things like electric wires and buckets in general. It does a pretty good job if hot water is put in once or twice a day (when it is in the teens or below). Don't use the floater on the top, though. It is this type https://www.statelinetack.com/item/high ... ctads-adid^160636394091-device^c-plaid^264867173240-sku^169021-adType^PLA
