My daughter and I dressed up as "Day of the Dead" for Hallowe'en.... I had a light bulb moment at work and texted my daughter this idea and to get ready for it after I got home from work/before she went trick or treating...
Good thing my horse Lucas puts up with my silly ideas... this one was an impromptu photo shoot...
Enjoy!!!

Re: So I had an idea....
I had to resurrect this thread as I have more to this story to share...
Canadian Western Agribition started yesterday here in my town. It is western Canada's largest livestock show. It show cases different breeds of cattle, bison, sheep and goats. The evenings are usually busy with some sort of main public event - rodeo being the main event.
This year, our provincial horse federation, the Saskatchewan Horse Federation (SHF), was given the opportunity to open up the week's nightly events with an "Equine Extravaganza". On Facebook, the SHF put out a call for members to submit images of them with their horses. Selected images would then be used in a presentation that would be shown on the big Jumbotron in the arena as part of the Extravaganza evening.
My image of Maddie on Lucas was selected. I was pretty pumped about it!

Congratulations! I'm sure the picture is stunning on the big screen. Maybe scary, too!
