A certain red head slipped her halter in pasture. I decided to ride her in the pasture to find the halter I put on her 3 weeks ago. Oh, h3ll noes, she decided she was NOT going out there. So we schooled and did lots of transitions, circles, LY. When she settled I told her “wouldn’t it have been easier if you had cooperated?” Of course she got her treats and I had to walk the pasture on foot. Found her halter and the one she lost before that one. This is why I buy 6 halters at a time.
