I just scheduled a float (probably not what you think)

I can't wait. I have been battling some chronic pain issues. No one thus far has figured out the exact problem although I have my theories. But part of the problem is that it affects my ability to lay flat on my back which is my preferred sleep position so sleep kind of becomes a crap shoot. Not much at worst and very interrupted at best. I'm thinking that the floating will allow a lot of muscles to relax that currently stay tight trying to keep my butt off of the bed (pain site). Not to mention sitting  .
It is starting to really affect my riding as in it is painful and I don't want to do it  . That is just not right.

Anyway, I will report back. It is scheduled for next Tuesday.

Please report back. I have wanted to do this for years. It would be heaven. But how do you keep the water out of your ears?

A friend of mine in Phoenix has been doing this for a few years and absolutely loves it. Enjoy!
Keep calm and canter on.

Well, I floated today. It was nice...so warm and relaxing. It got a lot of kinks out. I felt as if my muscles and skin just melted away. Weird but comfortable. I feel it did help my pain issue but I am sure it will take more than one to get the relief to stick. So, I am in for a couple more to see how it goes. The owner explained how everything worked and how to get set up at the beginning. But he left and I realized he didn't tell me how to figure out when you are done. It turned out to be obvious...I didn't get sucked down the drain :).

My friend has done it--I need to find out where so I can schedule one.

I have noticed, last night and today, my low back is much more relaxed and not as tight. Butt pain...tolerable this morning so yes, I will repeat the experience. I have to look at my schedule and get it booked.
