Shoulder guard for blanket

Did someone make a loose fitting shoulder guard that goes under a blanket?
I remember there was one but I can’t recall who

I used Bossy's Bibs for a while but found the neck hole tended to enlarge a bit after use. Not sure why, since it doesn't seem as if it would. Hand wash and line dry.
