I borrowed some boots from a friend the other day to use on my horse. They were an old, now discontinued style of equifit boots that had a removable gel liner.
After riding in them, my horse's legs were tighter than they've probably ever been. I've looked around and can't seem to find something similar. Does anyone know of horse boots that have something similar?
Brushing boots with gel lining?

Yes, but those are for therapy when the horse is in the stall, from what I understand?
I'm talking about boots that are meant to for ridden work
