Looking forward to Downton Abbey starting again Nov 15. I've missed watching the PBS sites lately so went back and checked on recent episodes. I watched online the 'Home Fires' series and really enjoyed them. Missed the 'Indian Summers' start and it looks far along in the available episodes to catch up.

Re: Last season Downton Abbey
The last season is season 6, and it doesn't air in the United States until January 3.
I watched season 5 via Amazon Prime a couple of months ago. Looking forward to the final season but am sad that it's, well, the final season.

Me too. It has been a fabulous show!
Re: Last season Downton Abbey
Just watched the season 6 finale last night - at last - some actual acting from Lady Glary!
As usual a bunch of random sub plots pop up only to go nowhere and the village bobby must be fed up of traipsing up and down the drive every couple of days.
Spoiler alert: Mary's pigs win Best in Show at the fair.

It's good that they make things so spine tingling.
I just watched the finale of season six on Sunday. They have a couple things to wrap up in the Christmas special....and then I'll be Down and Crabby because no more Downton Abbey.
